Placing An Order

Approx. processing time for each product mentioned on the product page at Description -> Dispatch Time.

How can I estimate the processing time for full order?

If you have placed the order for multiple items and each product has defined different processing time, Kindly consider the dispatch time for the order with the product of maximum processing time.

How will my order be delivered to me?

We at Kolkozy assure to ship the products safely with the reputed courier companies like DHL, FedEx, UPS and Aramex.

How long the delivery takes?

Shipment to all major countries will take approx. 3-5 days of time. Shipment to APO, FPO and DPO services (Defense force, Diplomatic post etc), it may take longer than usual time due to the nature of services & shipment will be done via Postal services.

Is it possible to order the item with different color?

Products listed under "Islamic Category" like Kaftan, abaya are our own designer collection with the brand name of "Kolkozy Fashion". Customizations are possible in the dress including the color and the size.

How can I submit the request to change the color in Caftan products?

How will I know if order is placed successfully?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a order confirmation mail on your registered email address. You can also login to your Kolkozy account and check the status of your order.

How do I send my order as a gift?

You can send gifts to your friends and family from kolkozy.com. Option for Gift message will be available on the checkout page.

You need to place the order online only from www.kolkozy.com. You may follow the given steps to place an order.

Order Modification And Cancellation

It's recommended to place the new order for the item you wish to purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we would request you to submit your order cancellation request at info@kolkozy.com with the reason of cancellation. It's not possible to accept the cancellation request, if it's already been dispatched.

How can I eligible for full refund of order cancellation?

If order cancellation requested within 24 Hrs of order confirmation, we will provide you a full refund of your order amount. If order cancellation requested after 24 hrs of order confirmation, 10% processing fee will be levied from the balance.

Measurements And Customization

If you place the order with "Custom Made" or "With Stitching" option, you will find an option to submit the measurement by logging into your Kolkozy account.

Should I submit my actual Body measurement or required Garment measurement?

We urge you to submit your actual body measurement in Inch or CM. kindly choose appropriate radio button (Inch or CM) while submit measurement.

Can I submit my measurement later?

Yes, option is available to submit measurement later. However it's recommended to submit the measurement as soon as order is placed, to ensure that your order is processed at the earliest.

What about margin on customizable dresses?

Approx. 2-3 Inch loosing will be available in all stitched dresses.

Shipping

Yes, We ship our products all over the world. We choose our courier partner from UPS, FedEx, DHL, Aramex, etc. based on the geographical location of the shipment.

Can I change my Shipping address later?

Yes, you may change the shipping address until your order is not shipped. Kindly contact the customer support at support@kolkozy.com for the changes in address.

Can Billing address and Shipping address be different?

Yes, it's possible to give different address as per your convenience.

Is it possible of Splitting the order and do shipment at same/multiple location?

In many cases, Its not possible to split the order and do multiple shipments of same order. Still if you required multiple shipments at different location, kindly email us at support@kolkozy.com, our team will assist you further

Is Shipping time is different from Processing time?

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within defined timelines. Shipment to your doorstep will take additional 3-5 days based on the geographical location of the shipment.

From where do you ship the product?

Your order can be shipped from any of our office/warehouse i.e. USA, UK, Oman, Dubai or India. The order can be shipped out from our nearest location based on the product availability.

How safe is my order during transit?

We work with all the renowned logistics partners such as DHL, UPS, FedEx and Aramex for International Shipments with their export packing materials. It's our responsibility for the item until it's in the buyer's possession.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a mail on your registered email address with tracking information. You can also review your order status including tracking information from your kolkozy account.

Return & Exchange

________________________________________________________________________________________________ I received an item but I am not satisfied with it, what should I do?

All of the items featured on kolkozy.com can be returned within 48 Hrs of receipt. The voluntary right of return only applies to non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed; with all tags attached.

Can I return the parcel without Approval?

We shall not accept any direct return without prior approval. You must raise the return request from http://www.kolkozy.com/returning & its compulsory to return the dress with our provided UNPAID return label.

I received an item 15 days back and I want return it for refund, what should I do?

You must request a return authorization number from us within 48 Hrs after receiving your order. We shall not except return after defined time limit.

How can I raise the return request?

Creating beautiful products at affordable prices is what we do best. If for some reason you're unhappy with your purchase, or you would like to arrange a return or refund, kindly raise a return request from here.

I request return authorization number BUT I forget to return the item.

You must provide a return tracking number within 5 working days of time; otherwise we shall not accept return for the refund.

Where should I return the item?

You may return the item to any of our USA, UK, Dubai, Oman or India office to exchange or refund.

Do you provide return shipping label?

Yes, once we authorize your return request, you will receive un-paid shipment label to return the dress. We do not pay the return shipment cost occurred to you.

How will I receive my refund?

Refund (less 10% restocking fee) done usually within 15 working days from the date we receive your returned item. To simplify the process, your refund will be issued using your original payment method.

Can I exchange the product with lower or Higher Value?

Yes, its very much possible. If the replacement item is of lower value, We will adjust the difference amount with the Kolkozy Store Credit and If the replacement item is of Higher value, it will be adjusted with additional payment.

Can I return the item which has slight Color Variations?

Please understand, Colors may slightly vary from what you see on your monitor with the Actual Piece. This may be because of monitor resolution or Picture Tube variances or HD Resolution, etc. Also various types of lighting and flash used while photo shoot, the color shade of the product may vary. Still if you wish to return the item, kindly email us on info@kolkozy.com with the received item image, so we can assist you further.

Which items cannot be exchanged or returned?

All final sale items / Offers Zone category Products are not returnable.

Custom made dresses are not returnable.

To use the discount code, enter the code in the box called "Promotional Code" in your Shopping Bag. Click the button called "Apply Code" to see the new adjusted price once the code has been applied.

Can I redeem multiple discount code at a time?

Only single coupon code can be used at a time to place the order unless its provided separately.

Can I use discount codes on the items which are in offers Zone?

Additional discounts will not be applied for the products listed under the Offers Zone or Already on discounted rate.
