All of the items featured on kolkozy.com can be returned within 48 Hrs of receipt. The voluntary right of return only applies to non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed; with all tags attached.
In case of a return, we will refund the money onto your account/credit card (less 10% restocking fee). Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
Refund done Usually within 15 working days from the date we receive your returned item. To simplify the process, your refund will be issued using your original payment method.
You must request a return authorization number from us within 48 Hrs after receiving your order & provide a return tracking number within 5 days of time.
Once we receive your package, it can take 5-15 business days to process your refund/store credit.

You can receive 100% store credit on all products except those marked "final sale", equivalent to the total value of your product purchase. Store credit is valid for six month after the issue date. Store credit can only be used for purchasing merchandise, it can not be used towards shipping costs.
